About Majestic Property Estate Agents Devon
Our company was formed in Bideford, North Devon, in 2005 dealing predominantly in its infancy with Property Management but always with the view of eventually embarking into a more traditional Estate Agency as and when the opportunity arose.
It was not long before an opportunity came along to purchase an established Estate Agents office in Ilfracombe, North Devon, in the form of Scammell Adamson. We quickly set about establishing a reputation for operating with an ethos of integrity and honesty along with a strong commitment to providing the best service possible at all times.
In April 2006 we consolidated our two core businesses and began trading under the one banner ‘Majestic’ allowing us to take the business forward under a strong branding whilst at the same time increasing the services and products we are able to supply to our clients.
In May 2006 we purchased our second well established business, Brian Sims Estate Agents, in Barnstaple, North Devon, which began trading under the Majestic banner immediately upon completion.
Also in May we launched our Overseas service, which offers our clients informative and up-to-the-minute information on Property, Developments or Investments available in over 35 countries worldwide.
Through further acquisitions and cold starts, our vision it to establish ourselves as one of the regions fastest growing Independent Estate Agents North Devon.
